NOTICE OF WAIVER APPLICATION TO COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT
Date: Oct. 4, 2021
Jefferson Center has applied for a waiver of specific regulations contained in 6 CCR 1011-1 Chapter 2, Standards for Hospitals and Health Facilities – General Licensure Standards.
Jefferson Center is asking CDPHE to waive the following requirements:
Chapter 2, Part 12, Section 12.2.1
Ensure 100% of employees, direct contractors, and support staff have full COVID-19 Vaccination
Any person interested in commenting on the waiver application may forward written comments within thirty (30) days of this notice directly to:
